Beth O’Kelly, PGA Class A Professional Instructor & Director of Women’s Clinics
PGA Golf Professional Beth O’Kelly knows that hard work and dedication go a long way. Since turning pro in 1990 Beth has spent much of her time in New England, her dad was the Golf Course Superintendent at Marshfield CC for 41 years and her brother David was the PGA Professional at Willowbend on Cape Cod.
As a college player Beth played for the University of Hartford where she won numerous titles and was featured in Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd”. Along with that achievement Beth was enshrined into the Hartford Athletic Hall of Fame.
The highlight of Beth’s Pro career was winning the First Women’s Mass Open in 1990 and following that with a second Mass Open in 1996.
Beth’s PGA experience brought her to Marshfield Country Club, Duxbury Yacht Club, Black Rock Country Club and now Braintree Golf.
Beth is an enthusiastic instructor with passion for Ladies and Junior Golf.
Beth achieved her Class-A PGA status in February 2002.
Our mission for this season is to encourage all women to come out and get involved with golf in some way or another. Whether it is playing a few holes with your friends, taking clinics, 9 hole mixed couples events or playing with your kids, we WANT to see you out there!
These clinics are designed to create a fun and exciting atmosphere while learning the fundamentals of golf. Ladies clinics are a great way to meet your fellow golfer, build friendships and develop strong skills that will last a lifetime.
Our clinics are one (1) hour sessions during the week at various times. Classes will run each month from May to September. These clinics are a package (Putting, Chipping, Pitching and Full Swing). Each session is $120.
